Data used in your workspace

Loomtrace stores account details, your brand’s factory and order records, uploaded CSVs, risk alerts and investigation decisions. These support authentication, data ingestion and supply chain investigations.

Access and storage

Workspace records are separated by brand using database access policies. Files are held in private object storage. Supabase supports authentication and database services; Cloudflare R2 holds uploaded source files. Hosting regions, retention periods and processing agreements must be confirmed in your pilot agreement.

Your controls

Authentication uses session cookies. Your theme preference is stored locally. Request data access, correction or deletion through the contact identified in your pilot agreement. Do not upload worker personal information or sensitive personal data.
